GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINT CONDITIONS
1. Each purchased product is subject to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
2. The warranty covers defects that arise during normal operation or
caused by manufacturing defects.
3. No mechanical damage (tears, abrasions, cuts etc.) and damages resulting
from careless or improper use, including incorrect washing of sports clothing,
are covered by the warranty.
4. Complaint can only be made by the ordering party.
5. Complaints regarding products purchased in our store are possible only
with the deadlines and terms specified in the relevant regulations, if it has
defects resulting from their non-compliance with the sales contract. Complaints
can be submitted via mail by returning the products fully equipped, along with
a complaint form, including the reason of the complaint and a receipt or its
copy, via registered letter or other form of delivery, to the following
address: 2skin S.C. Karolina Macieja Marta Raszyk Lodz, address, ul.
Starościńska 6a, 93-362 Łódź.
6. The complaint form must contain the following information: name and
surname, email, telephone number, order date, order number, description of the
defect, and date when the defect was noticed.
7. All information regarding the complaint will be sent to the e-mail
address provided in the complaint form. The status of complaint and additional
questions can be inquired directly at the email address: sklep@2skin.pl
8. Please note that the products complained about must meet basic hygiene
requirements. The customer is obliged to submit the them clean, without dirt
and hygienically harmless, i.e. also not giving off unpleasant odors. The
complaint sent by the client who does not comply with the hygiene rules will
not be considered.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
EXCHANGE
1. The customer has the right to exchange the product for another one within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. In order to exchange the product, the customer shall submit a statement - information for the store that they wish to exchange the product. The statement can be submitted in any way: by phone or e-mail. The product to exchange is reserved in the stockroom for a given customer.
3. The prerequisite for the exchange is sending back the product that has not been opened, used, or in any way destroyed or damaged (the bag in which the product is packed may be destroyed during opening). A note must be enclosed, containing information such as your personal data, order number or completed exchange form - it is a necessary condition to start the exchange procedure.
4. Upon receipt of the product, the store will exchange it, no later than within 48 hours.
5. The cost of exchange shipping lies with the customer (according to our price list https://www.2skin.pl/koszty-wysylki).
6. In case of over- or under-compensation, the store will contact the customer via email, return the difference to the indicated account or ask for additional payment to the company account.
7. The basis for the exchange of products is a receipt, which is always enclosed with the product. The customer shall also enclose the original receipt or a copy twith the product sent back.
