Payment methods:

a.    Bank transfer – direct bank transfer to our bank account before delivery of your order. After placing an order, the customer receives the bank account to make the payment. Choosing this method of payment, the customer will not be automatically directed to the bank website. You make the transfer yourself after placing the order.

b.    Payment in cash on delivery - cash on delivery - payment to the courier

c.    Payment card, online transfer - payment via PayU - fast transfer, credit card. Convenient and immediate payment method, no additional fees. After selecting this payment method, the customer is automatically redirected to the bank website.

d.    Your credit card details are safe on our website - they are used only to manage a given transaction and are encrypted.

e.    For the sake of the security of your transactions (PayU, PayPal), you may be asked to verify your PayU or PayPal transaction - by phone or email (via your email address provided in PayU, PayPal)

f.     Collection in person - 2skin showroom, ul. Grażyny 4c, 93-309 Łódź – direct payment via bank transfer to our bank account before delivery, payment in cash or by payment/credit card on delivery.

3.Delivery time:

  1. Orders in our online store can be placed 24 hours a day.
    b. Orders are processed on the same or the next day.
    c. Seller is not liable for failed or delayed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the Ordering Party.
    d. INPOST parcels can be picked up by the customer from the selected parcel locker within 1-3 business days.
    e. The package sent by post (courier Pocztex48) usually reaches the customer within 2-3 business days.
    f. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please visit the nearest post office and collect the package in person upon presentation of attempted delivery notice. The postal courier does not make a second attempt to deliver the parcel. They try to deliver the parcel only once, and in case of failure, you have to pick up the parcel yourself at your post office.
    g. If you wait too long for your package, e.g. 6 business days have passed, visit your post office to inquire. Occasionally, the postman will throw an attempted delivery notice into wrong mailbox.
    Parcels sent by a courier company are delivered within 24 hours or 48 hours, usually between 12.00 a.m. - 5.00p.m.
    If you are away from home at the time of delivery, you must collect the parcel yourself at the nearest courier office or contact the store staff and ask for the shipping number. At the email address provided in the order, the courier company will send information that might be useful in direct contact with the courier.
    h. Costs associated with failed delivery (refusal to collect the parcel, unclaimed parcel left in a parcel locker) – 20PLN - lie with the client.
