I have a discount code, where should I enter it to get a discount??
Put your favorite products into the cart, then click the VIEW CART box and an ADD COUPON box will appear – this is the place where you should enter the discount code.
1. Do I need to register to place an order?
Login is not necessary. It only facilitates the ordering process and allows
the ordering party to track their order online. For orders placed via the website, the buyer will also receive automatic shipping confirmation.
2. How can I pay for my order?
You can use one of three payment methods:
1. bank transfer (prepayment) to our account
2. payment upon delivery (so-called COD)
3. payment upon delivery (collection in person)

3. How can I make a prepayment?
When you place an order, you choose the payment method.
If you select prepayment, you are sent an email with your order confirmation and our bank account number.
4. Can I get a VAT invoice?
Of course, all you have to do is provide the invoice information when you place the order.
5. My invoice contains incorrect information - can you correct it?
No problem, if this happens, please send us a correction note.
6. How do I get my order?
We send it by Polish Post, courier, or to a parcel locker but you can also collect it in person. For more information
concerning delivery, see the "payments and delivery" tab.
7. Can I choose a specific pickup time for courier parcels?
We are sorry to inform you that after shipping, we have no influence on delivery time. We do not specify delivery times. You can call the courier and arrange the pick-up time, as soon as you get the delivery information.
8. Can I collect my order in person?

9. How long will I wait for my order?
Orders placed in our online store are usually sent within 24 hours
(in some cases, this time may be extended to about 2-3 working days).

10. Is it possible to return the ordered products?
Of course, there is no problem with the return or exchange of products purchased in our store.

11. Can I check the package content before paying on delivery? What if the package arrives damaged?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to check the contents of the package before paying on delivery, however, you can open the package in the presence of the courier or postman after making the payment and signing the delivery note. If any discrepancies are found, a report is prepared by the courier (postman), which will be the basis for the subsequent complaint.
12. How do I know that my order has been completed?
When the order is completed, an e-mail with confirmation is sent to the ordering party. You can also check your order status online - at any time after logging in to our store, in the YOUR ACCOUNT tab.
13. When do I get the documents confirming the purchase?
Such documents (receipt or VAT invoice) are enclosed with the package.
14. Are the products visible on the store website covered by a guarantee?
All products on www.2skin.pl are covered by a guarantee, and in the event of a defect, you can make a complaint.
15. How can I make a complaint?
