GENERAL INFORMATION

 The owner of the www.2skin.pl online store is 2skin S.C. Karolina Macieja Marta Raszyk based in Łódź, address: 93-362 Łódź, ul. Starościńska 6a, registered in the business register kept by the President of the City of Łódź under number: 61333 (for Karolina Macieja), 57144 (for Marta Raszyk), tax number: 729-26-40-826, REGON (National Official Business Register): 100380086.

1.Orders in the online store can only be placed via 2skin.pl website
2. Orders in the online store can be placed 24 hours a day.
3. To place an order, enter your name, exact address, telephone number and
email address. You do not have to register and log in.

4. All prices in our offer are gross prices and include VAT tax.
5. The delivered products are free from defects.
6. We enclose proof of purchase (receipt) with each shipment.
7. Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws
item 827), a customer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from
it without giving any reason by submitting a relevant written statement, within
30 days from the date of issue of the product. The statement can be submitted via
e-mail to the following address: sklep@2skin.pl or by post to the following
address: 2skin S.C. Karolina Macieja Marta Raszyk, ul. Starościńska 6a, 93-362
Łódź. In the event of the withdrawal from the contract on the terms described
above, the customer is obliged to return the products covered by this contract.
The products shall be returned no later than within 14 days from the date of
withdrawal from the contract, to the following address: 2skin S.C. Karolina
Macieja Marta Raszyk, ul. Starościńska 6a 93-362 Łódź. To meet the deadline, it
is enough to send a statement within of 14 days.

8. The information included in the store website does not constitute an
offer within the meaning of the law.

(wholesale orders). Contact with the Customer Service Department is possible
from Monday to Friday from 10.00 a.m.- 5.00p.m.

II. PAYMENT METHODS, SHIPPING COSTS, DELIVERY TIME

 1. Payment methods:

 

a.    a. Direct bank transfer to the bank account before delivery. After placing the order, the customer shall be sent a bank account to which the transfer should be made.

b. Cash on delivery upon delivery - payment to the courier.
Payment via PayU - fast transfer, credit card payment. Convenient and
immediate payment method, no additional fees. If the payment runs smoothly, the
service will send the purchase confirmation.

c. Payment before delivery via the payment system (PayU, PayPal) is a fast
and reliable method. The credit card details are secure on the website - they
are used only to manage a given transaction and are encrypted.

d. For the sake of the security of your transactions (PayU, PayPal), you
may be asked to verify your PayU or PayPal transaction - by phone or email (via
your email address provided in PayU, PayPal)

b.    e. Collection in person - 2skin showroom, ul. Grażyny 4c, 93-309 Łódź – direct payment via bank transfer to our bank account before delivery, payment in cash or by payment/credit card on delivery.

3.Delivery time:

a. Orders in our online store can be placed 24 hours a day.

b. Orders are processed on the same day or the next.

c. Seller is not liable for failed or delayed delivery due to an incorrectly given address by the Ordering Party.

d. Sending a parcel via INPOST, the customer can pick it up from the parcel locker indicated by him within 1-3 business days.

e. The package sent by post (courier Pocztex48) reaches the customer usually within 2-3 business days.

f. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please visit the nearest post office and collect the package yourself upon presentation of attempted delivery notice. The postal courier does not make a second attempt to deliver the parcel. They try to deliver the parcel only once, and in case of failure, you have to pick up the parcel yourself at your post office.

g. If you wait too long for your package, e.g. 6 business days have passed, visit your post office to inquire. Occasionally, the postman will throw an attempted delivery notice into wrong mailbox.

Parcels sent by a courier company are delivered within 24 hours or 48 hours, usually between 12.00 a.m. - 5.00p.m.

If you are away from home at the time of delivery, you must collect the parcel yourself at the nearest courier office or contact the store staff and ask for the shipment number. At the email address provided in the order, the courier company will send information that might be useful in direct contact with the courier.

h. Costs associated with failed delivery (refusal to collect the parcel, unclaimed parcel left in a parcel locker) – 20PLN - lie with the client.

GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINT CONDITIONS

1.   Each purchased product is subject to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
2. The warranty covers defects that arise during normal operation or caused by manufacturing defects.
3. No mechanical damage (tears, abrasions, cuts etc.) and damages resulting from careless or improper use, including incorrect washing of sports clothing, are covered by the warranty.
4. Complaint can only be made by the ordering party.
5. Complaints regarding products purchased in our store are possible only with the deadlines and terms specified in the relevant regulations, if it has defects resulting from their non-compliance with the sales contract. Complaint can be submitted via mail by returning the products fully equipped, along with a complaint form, including the reason of the complaint and a receipt or its copy, via registered letter or other form of delivery, to the following address: 2skin S.C. Karolina Macieja Marta Raszyk Lodz, address, ul. Starościńska 6a, 93-362 Łódź. with the note 'Complaint'.
The customer will receive information on the method of handling the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the store.
7. All information regarding the complaint will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the complaint form. The status of complaint and additional questions can be inquired directly at the email address: sklep@2skin.pl
8. Please note that the products complained about must meet basic hygiene requirements. The customer is obliged to submit the them clean, without dirt and hygienically harmless, i.e. also not giving off unpleasant odors. The complaint sent by the client who does not comply with the hygiene rules will not be considered.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1.   1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by submitting a statement within 30 days. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract starts on the date of receipt of the parcel and lasts to the date of submitting the statement, i.e. the date of sending it, not the day of receipt by the Store.
2. The statement can be submitted by email or enclosed with the parcel.
3. The right of withdrawal referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be granted if the product has been opened, used, or in any way destroyed or damaged (bag in which the product is packed may be destroyed during opening). A completed return form or a note must be enclosed, containing all information regarding the return / complaint, including: order number, your name and surname, phone number, email address and bank account number and legible signature - this is a necessary condition to start the return/complaint procedure.
4.  For the sake of our customers, we also accept the return of goods purchased on invoice.

5. Upon receipt of the returned product, the store shall return the money paid, not later than within 7 working days.
6. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the store does not cover the return shipping costs.
7. COD shipments shall not be accepted.
8. In case the product does not comply with the contract, the customer has the right to complain, however the customer is obliged to describe the nature of the non-compliance and to choose their claim, i.e. repair or replacement. Description of the non-compliance and the claim shall be sent to: sklep@2skin.pl or by post to the company's address ul. Starościńska 6a 93-362 Łódź. You can use the complaint form.
9. The shop will respond to your complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
10. The basis for the return or complaint is a receipt - a sales receipt that is always enclosed in the package or any other proof of purchase, including a proof of payment print. The above-mentioned documents shall be enclosed with the returned product.
11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS SHALL BE SENT EXCLUSIVELY AT THE ADDRESS: 2SKIN KAROLINA MACIEJA, MARTA RASZYK, ul. Starościńska 6a, 93-362 Łódź

 EXCHANGE

1. The customer has the right to exchange the product for another one within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. In order to exchange the product, the customer shall submit a statement - information for the store's service that they wish to exchange the product. The statement can be submitted in any way: by phone or e-mail. The product to exchange is reserved in the stockroom for a given customer.

3. The prerequisite for the exchange is sending back the product that has not been opened, used, or in any way destroyed or damaged (the bag in which the product is packed may be destroyed during opening). A note must be enclosed, containing information such as your personal data, order number or completed exchange form - it is a necessary condition to start the exchange procedure.

4. Upon receipt of the product, the store will exchange it, no later than within 48 hours.

5. The cost of exchange shipping lies with the if the product was bought at a promotional price. If the product was bought at a regular price, the shipping is free.

7. In case of over- or under-compensation, the store will contact the customer via email, return the difference to the indicated account or ask for additional payment to the company account.

 In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133 of October 29, 1997, item 833.) and the Act on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 1204),  www.2skin.pl online store protects its Users' personal data. By reading,
browsing, making purchases at the www.2skin.pl online store, subscribing to the
www.2skin.pl Newsletter, you accept the rules contained in the personal data protection
on this website.

 

1.We do not sell or provide any third parties, companies or organizations with the personal data or addresses of customers/users of 2skin.pl.
2.If the buyer agrees to receive news from the newsletter, we reserve the right to send unannounced messages, information with our new products, promotions, etc.
3.Please note that in accordance with Article 24 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the customer has full rights to view, correct and delete their personal data.

VII NEWSLETTER RULES

 

1.   Your consent given during registering an account in the store or later, to receive free newsletters by email gives the Administrator the right to send the website users information about new products, promotions, sales, competitions, collections, events or any other information related to store.
2. Receiving newsletters can be canceled at any time by clicking the
"unsubscribe" link in each email message sent. The subscription
cancellation does not mean deleting the account from the Website.

3. The Administrator reserves the right to:
- send advertisements and commercial information via the newsletter within
the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services
(Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 of 2002);

- deactivate the newsletter service temporarily for technical reasons;
- to stop providing the service without giving any reason, after prior
notification.

- delete the account whose user has violated the Website Regulations.
4. By subscribing to the newsletter, the user receives a one-off discount
of 30 PLN;

5. The discount covers the whole offer of 2skin.pl and is applicable to
shopping of min. 199 PLN;

6. The discount is valid for 30 days;
7. Returns bought with the 30 PLN discount will be refunded at the purchase price (for example - two products for PLN 99 have been purchased, and 30 PLN discount has been applied. Therefore, each product cost PLN 84. And this amount will be refunded to the account indicated).

VII. Below we have collected information about the rules for processing your personal data, which we forward to you fulfilling the obligation imposed by ART. 13 RODO.

Please note that from May 25, 2018, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ( so-called "RODO") shall apply for the processing of personal data.

Personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In terms of using the 2skin.pl online store on www.2skin.pl, it is the data you provide when you create an account in the online store, subscribe to the newsletter or place an order. 4. The processing of personal data requires legal basis which, as regards using of our online store are:

a)    art. 6 par. 1 lit. b RODO, i.e. necessity to process to perform the contract to which you are a party (e.g. sales contract, contract for provision of free online services - sending a newsletter or managing an account in our online store);

b) art. 6 par. 1 lit. c RODO, i.e. necessity to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator (e.g. storing VAT invoices in order to fulfill fiscal obligations);

c) art. 6 par. 1 lit. f RODO, i.e. necessity to process personal data for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, in particular marketing and promotion of products offered in our online store (e.g. direct marketing, investigation and defense in the event of mutual claims);
